About Us
We were established in 1993 in a small retail center. Drs. Pam Fornwalt and Ricky Poe purchased the modest but growing practice in January of 1998 and immediately began planning to construct a newer state of the art general practice facility. That building was completed in February of 2000 and thanks to our wonderful clientele and staff, we have steadily grown and are once again in need of expansion.
